I have always admired Natalie Portman, I thought this would be a fun look to do!
enjoy!!!

Curl Me Crazy

Why hello there everyone!, I am super excited to share with you something that I recently purchased and that is the Conair Curling Wand! Now I know a lot of bloggers and youtubers have already purchased this item and raved about it but I have said before that I have curly hair and I've bought curling irons before and never used them because I didn't find it a necessity but I have come to find that it really just lifts my hair and gives it a lovely finish turning bland flat curly hair to voluminous everyday curly hair.
This has done wonders for my hair and I am just addicted to using it! At target it will run you about 25.99 which is actually pretty good when I've seen salon brands for 200!! So if you haven't tried yet, I recommend you do because it is the easiest styling product I've used recently!

BH Cosmetics Palette

Completely bland title I know! but as someone who is just beginning to experiment with makeup and try new colors and ways of applying I love this palette!! This palette has so many different colors to choose from, it has a variety of neutrals for a more earth tone look but it also has a range of colors from burgundy to blue, green, pink and purple.  I actually got this palette right before I went off on holiday and have been using it like crazy for dinner time makeup!

BH Cosmetics has a massive range of palettes from a 120 Colors Palette Eyeshadow 1st, 2nd, and 3rd edition; a 88 Colors Cool eyeshadow palette in matte and shimmer, 88 Tropical Colors in Matte and Shimmer (which is the one I got), an 88 Color Neutral Palette and lastly an 88 Colors Palette in Matte and shimmer.   I really recommend the Tropical Palette in Shimmer because it has a variety of colors if you want to experiment but it also has a good amount of neutrals for a good smokey eye if thats is your go to look. If bold colors are not your thing all together I recommend the 88 Neutrals palette, these are all really good colors for an everyday use but since I don't own the palette myself I can't say too much about it.

Most colors on the Tropical Shimmer Palette are nicely pigmented but some you have to build up which isn't horrible, overall I really love this palette and it is such a great starter because its not super expensive and it gives you a good variety of colors to work with!

This palette can run you between 24.95 to 34.95 which for 88 to 120 eyeshadows isn't bad at all! shipping is about 8.00 in the states and also ships internationally!
I really hope you take a peek at this site, I know I will be buying from there again soon!

Disclaimer: I was not sent this product, I purchased everything with my own money and these are my honest opinions :)

My Apologies!

I have been feeling like such a bad blogger, I haven't written anything in FOREVER and it is just awful! But anyways I have a couple ideas in mind for upcoming posts but, I just picked up some really awesome items today I am super excited to share it with you guys!

So today I got a MAC nail lacquer in Soiree! This nail color is limited edition so it won't last forever, this color is pretty much an exact color match to Orly's Rage but since I could never find the Orly one I decided to pick this one up! It is a really pigmented its super gold! I just absolutely love it! This nail polish with run you about 12 dollars, so its quite a splurge for a small nail polish but I know that I will use it forever so its okay. *I think* ha ha!

The next thing that I got today was Benefit's Creaseless Cream in Birthday Suit! I have heard about this eyeshadow for ages and have always been very curious but never could really afford the 20 dollar eyeshadow but its a pretty big paint pot and it is just a gorgeous color! I really like this color as a base and even as an everyday shadow on its own! I have pretty medium to pale skin naturally and this blends in perfectly to my skin tone and adds a really pretty shimmer that can be an everyday look! so I love!  Definitely a must have!!

Talk to you Soon!

My Christmas Wish list!

So I've been racking my brain these last few days to try and figure out a post to do! The videos are always fun to do but I've been having some major technical difficulties with youtube and it is just frustrating and blogging is not putting up videos because I can't figure what to write; but anyways, I decided that I should do a Christmas Wish List!

So people always ask what I want for christmas and when I am put on the spot like that I have no idea what to say and just have a complete brain fart! ha ha but taking the time out to think about it I have realized that I do have some specific things that I want!

So the first and probably most expensive that I expect no one to get me because its kind of an outrageous gift to ask for is the Sigma Complete Kit with Brush Roll. Now for most makeup Gurus that I have been watching lately have this entire set and have paid for it with their own money and if I don't get this for christmas I will hopefully be getting a job soon after the new year and buy it with my own hard earned cash but these brushes are pretty essential for any makeup person, they have a lot of eye brushes that I don't have at the moment like the Sigma E30 (Right) which is a brush to apply eyeshadow to the crease, blending it in, and lower lash line, the Sigma E40 (Left) which is a brush for blending. Those are the two main ones that I would be so excited to use but I would be over the moon if I got this for Christmas.  The Pink Complete Kit right now is on sale for $79.00 for all of the brushes AND the brush roll. Now normally the Brushes alone are $79.00 and with the Brush Roll it is $99.00 but if you get the pink set of brushes, they come with the exact same brushes as the Black just 20 dollars less!

The next thing on my christmas list would be for someone that were like just friends or family members because you never really want anyone spending too much on you, I just feel its kind of bad to only list expensive things on a wish list because if its out of someones budget, then what are they supposed to get you.  Anyways, the next thing I think is kind of universal for pretty much any girl is a Target Gift Card!  Target has become one of my favorite stores in the last four or five months, it literally is probably just one of the best gift you could get me, because I can actually go in for myself and find something I like and I still think that you put thought into the gift.  Contrary to popular belief, I think that giving a gift card is an amazing because your giving the receiver a choice of what they want.  Other places I think gift card would be greatly appreciated is Windsor, H&M and Bath & Body Works.  My four favorite places to shop at the moment!!

The Last thing I think I would want is a Itunes gift card! I need a major update on my ipod and that seems like a really generic gift, but I seriously neeeeeeed new music, I slowly dying because I'm getting so tired of my music.
oh and p.s. anyone shopping for a college student, a STARBUCKS gift card is essential!!!! I live off Starbucks when Im in school! I swear I pay those people's salaries with how much I drink from there!
